Your ProModular unit is engineered and fabricated to last using high grade steel for the structure, water resistant ply for the floors and  insulated composite sandwich panels for roof and walls. Double glazed windows and all kitchen, bathroom and interior fittings are included.

Yes, ProModular units are all supplied with a functional kitchen, sink and bathroom with a full size shower, toilet and vanity.

Yes, The roof and all walls made from insulated composite sandwich panels, either EPS, CPS or PU based on your requirements.
